MAYBE IT WAS THE HEAT!
A 37yr old male vendor and a 40yr old male vendor were both arrested, along with two women, after they were involved in an altercation on the walkway that runs through City Hall Park between City Hall building and the Tweed Courthouse just after 1PM in Manhattan on Tuesday.
During the altercation, the 37yr old vendor brandished what Cops described as an ‘Air Pistol’ to the 40yr old vendor, prompting the older man to whip out a knife and slash the younger man in the right shoulder. Then, according to Cops, two women joined the fray and pepper sprayed the younger man.
All four were arrested at the scene, with the wounded vendor taken first to Bellevue Hospital for treatment. Officers recovered both the knife and the Air Pistol at the scene.

There were reports of some children vomiting.
According to authorities, a total of twenty people were evaluated after an eight year old boy brought a can of pepper spray to school and discharged it inside of a classroom.
